Full Professor in Information Processing Systems at the University of Genova, he is co-founder of Teseo and is in charge of technology transfer between the University and Teseo itself.

Rosario Nisticò

Revenue Office

He is the spokes person for Teseo’s mission, with over 30 years of experience in ICT in the large enterprise sector, covering managerial roles in Telecom Italia and Wind. RINA-certified Innovation Manager, he is the CEO of Teseo and also coordinates Sales activities.

Fulvio Mastrogiovanni

Co-founder&Research Office

Associate Professor and pro-rector for internationalization at the University of Genova, he is one of the authors of the patent for the Kibi technology. He coordinates advanced technology research activities at Teseo.

Antonella Giuni

Co-founder & Administration and Control

As well as being a co-founder, she deals with administrative and management issues at Teseo. She contributed to the foundation of GenovaRobotsrl and is one of the inventors of the patent behind Kibi.

Alessandro Sperindé

Technology Office

At Teseo, he is responsible for the technical team. A software engineer, he has more than 15 years of experience in Robotics and Automation and a solid mastery in software design for embedded systems and real-time operating systems.

Claudio Manzo

Program Office

Graduated in Management Engineering, he has 25 years of experience in ICT in different business contexts and different roles, with prevailing expertise in physical and virtualized IT infrastructure architectures. In Teseo he supports the implementation of business plans.

Alessio Capitanelli

Product Manager

A robotics engineer, he joined the Teseo team as a software developer, gradually moving into a role of interface between the development team and the various stakeholders. Today, he is our Product Manager.

Mohamad Alameh

Machine Learning Specialist

He got his PhD at the University of Genoa in Artificial Intelligence, specialising in embedded applications and inertial wearable sensors. At Teseo he is involved in the development of several Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models.

Luca Buoncompagni

AI & Backend Specialist

He obtained his PhD in Robotics and Autonomous Systems at the University of Genoa in 2019. For Teseo he works on systems for knowledge representation in Artificial Intelligence.

Marta Cristofanini

Vocal UX Researcher & Content Editor

A linguist specialized in digital content creation, she works for Teseo on conversational design for interactive voice devices, including social communication and content creation.
